Paul is an inspiring person who always looks for innovation in farming with amazing results such as winning the CUP OF EXCELLENCE 2019 and being selected by Harrod’s UK.

His journey in coffee started as a barista and went on to roast coffee in the US coming full circle to coffee producer.

He founded Mikava in 2012 with a desire to grow Heirloom varieties, which is not very common in Colombia. Paul owns two, six hectare farms in the heart of the famous coffee zone Risaralda region in two colonial pueblos, one in Marsella and the other in Santuario. Producing naturals and honeys only.
